Acceptance
By using reseller.co.tz, creating an account, placing an order, funding a wallet, using our API, or accessing reseller tools, you agree to these Terms of Service and any service-specific policies shown in the portal. If you use the platform on behalf of a company, reseller business, or customer, you confirm that you have authority to bind that party to these terms.
These terms apply to all reseller portal services, public website tools, support interactions, domain registration services, domain management actions, hosting reseller services, billing features, and API access made available through reseller.co.tz.
Accounts And Reseller Responsibility
- You must provide accurate account, business, billing, and contact information.
- You are responsible for activity under your account, API keys, users, passwords, and whitelisted IP addresses.
- You must keep customer records, domain contact details, and payment information accurate enough to complete services.
- You are responsible for your end customers, including the accuracy of information they provide and their compliance with these terms, registry rules, acceptable-use rules, and applicable law.
- You may not misrepresent reseller.co.tz, registry policies, service availability, renewal requirements, refund rights, or pricing to your customers.
- You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized account access, API key exposure, billing abuse, or any security incident involving your reseller account.
Domain And Hosting Reseller Services
Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, DNS, Whois/contact updates, Whois privacy, domain locks, EPP/AuthInfo requests, hosting reseller accounts, hosting renewals, hosting suspension handling, and related services depend on eligibility, customer data accuracy, payment status, technical availability, registry rules, and third-party infrastructure.
Domain names are not guaranteed until the relevant registry or registry service confirms completion. A search result, cart display, invoice, pending order, API response, or wallet deduction does not by itself guarantee registration, transfer, renewal, restoration, or continued availability of a domain name.
Hosting reseller services may depend on control panels, server availability, network connectivity, upstream licensing, storage limits, bandwidth limits, and fair-use controls. We may perform maintenance, emergency fixes, migrations, or security actions where reasonably required to protect the platform or other users.
Billing, Wallets, And Refunds
Billable actions may require prepaid balance or successful payment before completion. Fees, taxes, exchange effects, bank charges, gateway charges, registry fees, hosting fees, and transaction costs may apply. You are responsible for keeping enough wallet balance for registrations, renewals, hosting renewals, transfers, restorations, and other billable actions.
Refund eligibility depends on the service type, timing, registry rules, upstream provider rules, and whether the requested service has already been submitted or completed. Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, restorations, and hosting actions are often non-refundable once processed by the registry, hosting system, or third-party service.
We may correct pricing, billing, ledger, or display errors. If an order is submitted with an incorrect price or insufficient balance, we may reject, reverse, adjust, or request additional payment where legally permitted and operationally necessary.
API Use
API access is for authorized server-side integrations only. Do not expose API keys in browsers, mobile app bundles, screenshots, public repositories, logs, shared documents, or client-side code. You are responsible for securing your API keys, IP allowlists, automation, and customer-facing integrations.
We may rate-limit, throttle, suspend, rotate, or revoke API access to protect platform security, prevent abuse, comply with law, manage infrastructure load, or respond to suspected credential compromise.
Third-Party Services And Registry Rules
Some services are provided through or depend on third-party registries, registry operators, registrars, domain-extension authorities, hosting infrastructure, payment processors, email delivery providers, security tools, and connectivity providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their rules, policies, technical requirements, availability, and decisions.
Registry and third-party decisions may affect domain availability, registration eligibility, renewals, transfers, contact updates, Whois publication, privacy services, abuse handling, suspensions, cancellations, restorations, and dispute outcomes. We are not responsible for registry or third-party actions, delays, denials, outages, policy changes, price changes, or technical failures outside our reasonable control.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the platform for phishing, malware, spam, botnets, credential theft, unlawful content, payment fraud, sanctions evasion, intellectual-property abuse, impersonation, harassment, illegal gambling, child exploitation material, unauthorized scanning, denial-of-service activity, or activity that harms platform reliability, reputation, customers, registries, providers, or the public internet.
You must investigate and respond promptly to abuse complaints involving your account, customers, domains, DNS, API usage, or hosting services. We may act immediately where needed to reduce harm, comply with law, satisfy registry requirements, or protect the platform.
No Warranty
The platform, website, reseller portal, API, domain services, hosting reseller services, billing tools, reports, notifications, support, and all related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, timely, compatible with your systems, free from data loss, free from harmful components, or that any domain name, hosting account, registry action, transfer, renewal, DNS change, Whois update, privacy setting, EPP/AuthInfo request, or API operation will be successful, available, or completed within a particular time.
We disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, availability, and reliability, to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, reseller.co.tz, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, and service partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, including loss of business, revenue, goodwill, data, domain names, hosting availability, customer relationships, or expected savings.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability for claims relating to the platform or services will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless a different limit is required by law.
Suspension And Termination
We may suspend, restrict, cancel, terminate, or decline accounts, services, API access, hosting accounts, domain actions, DNS services, support access, or orders when needed for security, non-payment, suspected fraud, abuse reports, legal compliance, inaccurate data, registry requirements, third-party requirements, chargebacks, sanctions concerns, or policy violations.
Where practical, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue. However, urgent security, abuse, legal, registry, or infrastructure risks may require immediate action without prior notice.
