Terms of Service

By accessing and using Domain Reseller's domain reseller platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

Our platform provides domain reseller services including but not limited to:

• Domain registration and management for .tz domains
• API access for automated domain operations
• Reseller dashboard and reporting tools
• Customer support and technical assistance
• Integration with third-party billing systems

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

To access our services, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

As a reseller using our platform, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Ensure accurate registrant information: Provide correct contact details for the actual domain owners (registrants), not your own details as the reseller
• Customer Education: Inform your customers that they are the legal owners of domains registered through your services
• Transparency: Clearly disclose your role as a reseller to your customers
• Maintain proper records of your customers' domain registrations

Payment terms and conditions:

• All fees are due and payable in advance
• Payments must be made in Tanzanian Shillings (TSh)
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.

Regarding domain registration and management:

• Domain Ownership: The registrant (your customer) is the legal owner of the domain, not the reseller
• Reseller Role: You act as an intermediary facilitating domain services for your customers
• Domain registrations are subject to registry policies and ICANN regulations
• Registrants must renew domains before expiration to maintain ownership
• We are not responsible for domain expiration due to non-payment by registrants
• Domain transfers are subject to registry requirements and registrant authorization
• Disputes regarding domain ownership must be resolved according to registry policies
• Contact Information: All domain contact details must reflect the actual registrant, not the reseller

You may not use our service for:

• Illegal activities or content
• Spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
• Malware distribution or hacking
• Copyright or trademark infringement
• Adult content or gambling (where prohibited)
• Activities that violate registry policies

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• With 30 days' written notice for convenience
• Immediately for material breach of terms
• Immediately for non-payment of fees

Upon termination, your access to the service will be discontinued, but existing domain registrations will remain valid until their expiration dates.

Our liability is limited as follows:

• We provide services "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services
• We are not responsible for third-party service failures

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective:

• Immediately upon posting for non-material changes
• 30 days after notice for material changes
• Your continued use constitutes acceptance of changes

We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
